P2P File Sharing
This site is here to help the DC community get the most out of
the p2p file sharing program DC++. This site contains a set
of hub lists, DC++ information, comprehensive guide and a
break-down DC hub scripts for hub owners.
What is DC++?
DC (Direct Connect) is a unique p2p file sharing network which consists
of different 'hubs' to function. Unlike other p2p networks such as FastTrack,
in most cases you have to share your files to get files, which means
less leeches. This also means a wider variety of files
for each hub, including rarer, harder to get files. A preferred client for the Direct Connect network
is an open source program called DC++ - which has a respectable p2p file sharing community. DC++ has many more file sharing features
than the original Direct Connect and has a nicer user interface. You can check out DC++' official site here.
